At first I liked this doctor. But I had two times due to family emergencies in Maryland that I was not even able to call to cancel my appointment. Normal charges for no call/no show are 25. They charged 90. I called and they had no empathy. Then I just found out they won't even see me anymore. Yes he is a good doctor but when you do this because a person has personal issue that is wrong. I am not from Houston. I lost my Dad on one scheduled visit and my Step Dad on the second. See photos below where they charged me and also fired me as a patient basically. And on top of that they had someone call me asking if I wanted to be part of a trial and they would pay me and that the doctor recommended me. I didn't even qualify. Very disrespectful and it was a trial about weight loss. Discrimination!

Extremely well run office! Has an echocardiogram, electrocardiogram, and saw Dr Naqvi, transitioning smoothly for each, with little downtime. Staff were friendly and efficient. Never have to wait very long at all. Typically appointment is right on time. Information is quick to the point. Dr Naqvi goes above and beyond. Called me on my cell phone when I was in the ER while he was on vacation to see how I was doing and what was going on. on a Sunday morning no less. The staff is always helpful when I call in to ask any questions or anything related prescriptions. They get right on it and they call me back. He has first class people and runs a first class operation.

He is a very qualified Preventive Cardiologist who really cares about his patients.
I am pretty data driven and he is right there with me digging onto the details and explains exactly what is happening.
The staff is great and efficient as well.

I would recommend Dr Naqvi to anyone who feels they may have cardiovascular issues. He recognized my problem and treated it immediately. My blood pressure was 210/110 when I first went to his office. I was also diagnosed with Heart Failure. He performed a cardioversion and prescribed the necessary medications and a year later everything is back to normal. I couldn’t be happier. He’s very professional and knowledgeable.

I have worked in healthcare administration my entire career. I have worked with thousands of doctors as well as thousands of staff. The experience I had in this office was amazing. This staff clearly like their jobs. They are patient, they listen, and they don’t judge. Now to the doctor. It’s hard to find the right words to describe the very high level of satisfaction I have. This is a person who takes medical ethics seriously. He is very thorough, he has empathy, he is organized, he was able to quickly understand my medical history. When thinking about why he could possibly be so good I came to the conclusion that it is in his genes. No one can teach a person to be as respectful as this doctor. he has managed to do the unthinkable. That is to build practice on his own and based on his concern for patients, not being heard elsewhere in the healthcare system. When was the last time you heard that a doctor will help you and actually means it. The staff and the physician work with the patient in a partnership way. when I left after my appointment was completed I felt safe. Feeling safe is very important to me because I do have medical issues. Throughout the entire visit staff intentionally insured I felt safe. Thank you to the staff who are amazing and what they do.
